At the recently held India International Security Expo, at Delhi's Pragati Maidan, they displayed Toyota Fortuner SUV with full armour, featuring Lightweight transparent bullet proof glass, Ballistic Steel, Floor Protection, Run Flat tyre system, Suspension, Shocks and brakes, and dual ram bumpers.
Apart from this, Indian Armour also displayed range of products at the expo, which included Bullet Resistant Jackets, Helmets, Bomb Suppression Blankets, Bomb Disposal Suits, Combat Boots, Tactical Kit Bags and fully tried and tested Armoured Vehicles.
The company has a team of 200 skilled workforce and their manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 70,000 sq ft on the outskirts of New Delhi. Manufacturing vehicles and equipment for both the Indian Defence and Police Services, the products of personal protection are lighter and more efficient and designed for optimum safety even in the most severe of operational conditions.
Armoured Vehicles produced at the company plant adhere to the strictest standards of ballistic material while trained personnel oversee every aspect of its design and manufacture. Special ballistic Grade Kevlar or Aramid fabric is used which is able to withstand multiple bullet hits while at the same time the material is light weight and stronger than steel.
