First introduced on 27 July 1939, Dörr & Schreck first announced the completion of the SW 38: “The car is extremely interesting and beautiful. It lies well on the road and the streamlined shape already makes itself felt at 60 km/h. Soon after the car was delivered, WWII broke out and its use became very limited. During the chaos of war the test vehicle disappeared and was never found again. The most expensive car theft ever. It’s whereabouts remain a mystery to this day. Ultra-high performance tires and top products for demanding motorists. This high performance car was the result of intensive tests over many years and millions of kilometers in technical laboratories and under the most extreme road conditions at high speed. Awesome presentation!
"After a ride in this machine, she’s yours...!! "(lol)
So, Who is the owner of this car?
Well, The title-holder of the one and only Maybach Exelero is Dr. André Action Diakité Jackson, who purchased the car for $7.8 million in 2005. Since that time, Mechatronik GMBH was retained to globally market and transport the vehicle. Jackson unveiled the vehicle publicly after granting his (rapper friend) Jay-Z permission to drive the supercar in the "Lost One" music video in 2006. After 5 years, Jackson decided to put the the Exelero up for sale in May 2011 for $8 million to another rapper, Bryan "Birdman" Williams. As of May 2012, "Birdman" has yet to disburse any funds or take delivery of a Maybach Exelero.
